Find The Membership That Fits How You Want To Be Supported

Pricing stays visible because this is a private, high-touch coaching and coordination membership. Most founding members start in Core because it pairs private coaching, DXA progress checks, and registered dietitian macro and micronutrient strategy. Concierge is limited because it requires the most staff capacity.

Why Members Choose Hollis

More Than Appointments. A Coordinated Plan.

The structure is transparent, but the experience is personal. DXA scans show what is changing, registered dietitian sessions define the macro and micronutrient targets, and private coaching turns the plan into weekly execution.

Measured inputs, weekly execution

Your DXA results, registered dietitian nutrition targets, coaching cadence, and independent-provider context are designed to point in the same direction, within the scope of your signed membership.

  • DXA helps anchor body-composition progress in objective data.
  • Registered dietitian sessions guide macro and micronutrient targets over time.
  • Private coaching turns the targets into training, nutrition, recovery, and adherence work.

Flexible levels of support

Each tier uses the same measurement-and-execution framework, with more coaching, DXA, and dietitian touchpoints as you move up.

  • Choose a lighter-touch entry point or a more immersive concierge experience.
  • See the plan comparison above for the standard service categories in each tier.
  • Private coaching sessions
  • DXA scan allowance
  • Registered dietitian strategy sessions
