Hollis Health combines private coaching, regular bloodwork, body-composition tracking, recovery tools, nutrition support, and coordination with trusted independent medical providers in the area. One coordinated plan.
Hollis Health is opening with limited capacity at the North 281 launch location so each founding member has private coaching, coordination with trusted independent medical providers, structured follow-up, and staff attention from day one.
You do not need another trainer, another lab report, another app, or another disconnected medical visit. You need one team that can see the full picture and turn it into a plan.
You have tried gyms, trainers, diets, or clinics separately and still do not have a coordinated plan.
You are on a weight-loss, hormone, or preventive-health journey and need the training and nutrition side handled correctly.
You want private coaching, not a crowded gym.
You want objective progress tracking, not vague motivation.
You are busy and need one team coordinating the details.
Medical Care, Coordinated, Not Bundled
Your coaching plan can work alongside the care you receive elsewhere.
Hollis Health is not a medical provider. We coordinate with trusted independent medical providers in north San Antonio, including integrative medicine practices, so your training, nutrition, recovery, and tracked health data work alongside the medical care you receive elsewhere. With your written consent, we integrate lab results and clinical recommendations into your Hollis dashboard so one team is holding the full picture.
What Hollis coordinates
Referral options for independent medical providers, including integrative medicine practices in north San Antonio.
Written consent workflows for sharing labs, clinical recommendations, and provider notes with your Hollis team.
Training, nutrition, recovery, and progress tracking that reflect the care plan you receive from providers of your choosing.
What Your First 30 Days Look Like
A clear start, not another vague promise.
The first month is designed to reduce uncertainty: assess where you are, start the right rhythm, track the right signals, and adjust before small problems become wasted months.
Day 1
Private consultation and Hollis intake
Meet your Hollis team and review goals, health history, medications, symptoms, training background, and what measurable progress should look like. When medical input is needed, we help coordinate with trusted independent providers in the area.
Week 1
Bloodwork, baseline testing, and body composition
If you choose to engage one of our medical referral partners, your first labs are scheduled with them directly. Baseline movement and body composition are assessed, and your dashboard is set up so the plan starts from real data.
Week 2
Training, nutrition, and recovery begin
Your private coaching rhythm starts while your team reviews early findings, nutrition targets, recovery needs, and any medical considerations.
Week 3
Biomarker-informed plan adjustment when your medical provider's labs are available and shared with consent
Your team reviews lab results, symptoms, adherence, training response, and recovery data, then helps organize questions and context for independent medical providers when clinical input is needed.
Week 4
Written plan and next-month strategy
You receive a clear summary of what we found, what changed, what matters next, and how your training, nutrition, provider coordination, and recovery plan moves forward.
What Is Included
Provider coordination, biomarkers, coaching, and outcomes in one plan.
You already know you need to train, eat better, recover, and track your health. The difference is having a coaching team that helps coordinate the whole picture.
Curated Medical Referral Network
Hollis helps members organize goals, history, lab context, follow-up needs, and referrals with trusted independent medical providers in the area.
Regular Bloodwork and Biomarkers
Your plan is informed by what is actually happening in your body, including lab markers, body composition, symptoms, training response, and recovery data.
Private Coaching and Nutrition
Strength, movement, nutrition targets, protein, recovery, and adherence are coached privately so medical insight turns into daily execution.
Care Coordination Across Your Providers
When independent clinicians provide recommendations, Hollis helps connect the practical follow-through to training, nutrition, recovery, tracking, and referrals.
Most founding members start in Core because it pairs private coaching with DXA progress checks and registered dietitian guidance for macro and micronutrient targets. Essentials is a measured start. Concierge is limited because it requires the most staff capacity.

Provider Coordination
Serious support that respects medical care.

We can also coordinate with a member's existing clinicians so care does not stay fragmented.
Provider referrals are welcome.
Physicians, physical therapists, and wellness providers can request a provider introduction or patient resource language before referring a client for coordinated coaching, biomarker tracking, and medical follow-through.
