High-touch, coordinated wellness support has often been gated by wealth, status, or geography. We're here to change that.
The world's top athletes have coordinated performance teams. Executives have staff who help keep training, recovery, nutrition, and medical context organized. Hollis Health brings that same model of integrated, data-driven wellness support to San Antonio.
The competitors who offer what we offer charge $10,000 to $30,000 per month and operate exclusively in New York and Los Angeles. We built Hollis Health in San Antonio because elite care shouldn't require a coastal zip code or a seven-figure income.
Every decision we make, every protocol we design, every interaction we have is guided by these core values.
Every protocol is anchored to your labs, your training load, and your outcomes. We measure what matters and adjust when the numbers say so.
Honest, direct communication. We tell you what you need to hear, even when it isn't what you want to hear.
Your physician, coach, and dietitian work from the same record, toward the same goals. No phone tag, no repeating yourself.
Your care, your data, and your presence here stay private. HIPAA-aligned by default, confidential by practice.

Before Hollis, I was managing fitness centers — Gold's Gym, then LA Fitness. And before that, working as a tech inside a physical therapy clinic. The clinic is where a lot of this really started. I'd watch patients come in twice a week, do real work, make progress with their PT — and then go home with no follow-up plan and no connection to whoever was managing their medications or their overall health. The gym wasn't talking to the clinic. The clinic wasn't talking to the doctor. Everyone was doing their job. Nobody was coordinating the plan. I kept watching people spend real money on their health and not get where they were trying to go — not because any one provider was failing, but because the system wasn't built for them to succeed together.

I came to midwifery because I kept watching women leave clinical settings without feeling heard. Appointments are short, referrals pile up, and symptoms — especially anything tied to hormones, birth, or the postpartum period — have a way of getting minimized or explained away. It's not that providers don't care. The system just doesn't give them the time, and women absorb a disproportionate share of that cost. Midwifery offered a slower, more relationship-based model, and that's what drew me in. But even there I kept running into the same coordination failures Isaac was seeing from the fitness side. We kept ending up in the same conversation about what was broken — and eventually that conversation became Hollis Health.
