The signed Enrollment Summary and Service Schedule controls the selected tier, term, monthly rate, exact included services, add-ons, and any separately billed third-party items. The memberships page shows the standard tier comparison, but diagnostics, third-party clinical items, supplements, and add-ons should be treated as included only when they are written into your signed enrollment schedule.

Your first visit begins with a comprehensive health assessment lasting approximately 90 minutes. You'll meet with our medical team for an in-depth review of your health history, goals, and lifestyle. We'll conduct baseline biometric measurements and discuss which program best aligns with your objectives. Many clients leave with actionable insights from day one.

Hollis Health operates as a membership-based practice, which means we don't bill insurance directly. However, we can provide detailed receipts and documentation that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Many preventive and wellness services may qualify for HSA/FSA funds.
