The coaching membership

Life Coaching is remote, adult-only coaching with Isaac, founder of Hollis Health. It supports personal priorities, planning, accountability, habits, training, and practical nutrition guidance. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or medical interpretation. Facility appointments, recovery access, and other facility benefits are not included.

Price and first term

The first term is exactly 90 days and costs $897, charged when you enroll. After the first term, membership continues at $299 per month unless you disable renewal. The next charge date and amount are shown before checkout and in your member account. Service access starts after a successful payment event, not merely a checkout confirmation page.

What is included

• Six 30-minute private video calls during the first 90 days: two call credits in each of three consecutive 30-day service windows.
• One structured written check-in each week and a personal response.
• Questions through the member portal, with a proposed response expectation of within two business days.
• An individual workout plan, practical nutrition guidance, and workout-app access while the coaching membership is active.
• One annual Function membership benefit sponsored by Hollis, subject to eligibility, location, partner terms, and Function’s actual testing schedule.

Booking and call credits

Calls use the credit in their service window. A coach-canceled call is restored or rescheduled. Booking, rescheduling, cancellation, no-show, notice, and buffer conditions are shown before a call is confirmed and follow the current coaching scheduling policy. A change to availability does not remove a confirmed past appointment.

Renewal, cancellation, and support

You can disable renewal in your account during the initial term or a later monthly period. Disabling renewal stops a future charge and preserves access through your paid-through date. There is no early-termination penalty, pause fee, annual lock-in, or additional call purchase in this offer. Refund requests follow Hollis’s existing support and administrative process; this summary does not create a blanket nonrefund policy. For payment, refund, or account help, contact Hollis.

Function and app access

Function is an independent partner. Before payment, Hollis confirms partner eligibility and the applicable membership terms. Existing Function members should tell Hollis before enrollment so duplicate activation can be avoided; no discount, credit, testing location, medical appointment, or result import is promised here. Workout-app access is activated after coaching enrollment and an authenticated app-account link. If you separately pay for the app, Hollis does not cancel or modify that subscription.
